Retained

JRP Group gives priority to retained searches and will meet with clients face to face to address your needs and develop a comprehensive recruiting plan designed to provide client-specific solutions. Searches combine a screening of existing candidates in our database and a committed period of time devoted to looking for additional candidates who are already working and are not necessarily looking for another opportunity. We will work with the hiring authority to put together a recruiting plan that targets certain experience levels, accomplishments, management skills and education as well as geography, current compensation and the right personality fit needed for your company. All candidates are presented exclusively and are not available to any other firm until released or rejected by you. Advanced video screening can be used in addition to any face-to-face meetings. Outplacement and relocation assistance also can be provided, and client and candidate references are available, as are specific examples of our screening process.

Engagement Fee

JRP Group will commit to prioritizing searches in which engagement fees are paid. Our account executives will devise a comprehensive recruiting plan that offers immediate access to our full database and any new individuals released or rejected as the result of our retained search work. JRP principals will work closely with the hiring authority to determine your needs and focus on a process that is reviewed and implemented with the client's approval. Face-to-face collaboration is available, if necessary, and client and candidate references are available, as are specific examples of our screening process.

Contingency

JRP Group will create a recruiting plan and will provide candidates as possible depending on the client's urgency and mutual commitment. Client needs are first determined and then a recruiting process is created to be reviewed by the client and implemented by JRP. Contract Staffing

This is a solution to solving a short-term problem and addressing a specific project without hiring someone as an employee. The person is officially employed by our company and is paid directly by us by the hour.
